Registered business

Site Grove Field Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 and is registered in Seoul, Republic of Korea. We operate from Office 10, 53 Demo-ro, Gangnam-gu, serving travellers who prefer disciplined cash management during international journeys.

Origin

Founder Yoon Hee-sook spent fifteen years arranging corporate travel for a Gangnam trading firm. Repeated post-trip expense disputes — employees mixing personal and company cash, or running out of per-diem mid-assignment — convinced her that separation planning deserved the same care as itinerary booking. Site Grove Field opened to offer that preparation as a standalone service.

Our planners

  • Yoon Hee-sook — Lead planner, former corporate travel coordinator, specialises in multi-city European rail itineraries.
  • Park Seung-min — Reserve log specialist, former hostel manager in Busan and Kyoto, focuses on budget backpacking routes.
  • Choi Eun-ji — Family travel planner, designs envelope systems for parents travelling with school-age children.

Working approach

We begin every engagement by reading your itinerary as a sequence of spending contexts — airport transit, hotel check-in, street markets, museum days — rather than as abstract budget lines. Reserves are assigned to those contexts. Paper logs mirror the same structure so recording a purchase takes seconds and does not require opening the wrong envelope.

We do not sell financial products, manage investments, or advise on asset allocation. Our work stays within physical cash planning and record-keeping for travel.

Values

Clarity before departure. Opening the correct envelope abroad should require no mental arithmetic.

Redundancy. Paper logs complement any digital record you choose to keep; neither replaces the other.

Honest scope. When a question falls outside travel cash planning, we say so and point you toward appropriate professionals.

Community

We contribute envelope-labelling guides to university study-abroad offices in Seoul and occasionally host open workshops at community centres in Gangnam-gu. Details appear in our field notes.
