Refund Policy
Overview
This policy applies to Reserve Separation Planning, Travel Kit Assembly, Spending Log Review sessions, and the Departure Bundle package booked through Site Grove Field Co., Ltd.
Cancellation by client
More than 72 hours before session: Full refund of fees paid.
24–72 hours before session: 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers preparation time already allocated to your itinerary.
Less than 24 hours before session or no-show: No refund. You may reschedule once within sixty days subject to availability.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the original session time. Additional reschedules incur a ₩20,000 administrative fee.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel due to planner illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.
Partial refunds
If we deliver a session but you believe scope was not met, contact us within seven days. We review the concern and may offer a partial refund or complimentary log review at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
- Rush preparation fees (same-week bookings)
- Materials already prepared with custom bilingual labelling
- Third-party wallet purchases made during extended kit sessions
Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
Deposits
We do not currently require separate deposits; full session fees are due at booking. If deposit arrangements are made in writing for corporate accounts, deposit terms in that agreement take precedence.
Work already started
If you cancel after we have delivered a draft separation plan or prepared labelled envelopes, the non-refundable portion equals the value of work completed, up to the full session fee.
